Example 3: An important aspect of completing One Student Plans and Individual Learning Plans is identifying how you are going to differentiate your teaching to meet the specific learning needs of the student who the plan belongs to. Below is a couple of examples that show how I use these plans to identify how I will differentiate learning to meet the needs of the student. The image above is of a goal in a Receptions One Student Plan. The goal for this child is to begin and complete tasks with the aid of a visual schedule that was placed in his desk. This was a strategy used for this student. The adjustments identified outline how we are going to support him to meet this goal.

The above image is of the program accommodations for a year 2 student who didn't have any identified learning needs but needed extra support in the classroom. The highlighted sections are generic strategies to support the student and then there are more specific strategies for different learning areas.
